Abstract
Las insurgentes acciones colectivas y las protestas sociales y populares efectuadas estos ultimos anos en America Latina y el mundo, han logrado desestabilizar las sedimentadas practicas (neo) coloniales y las politicas neoliberales. Estas luchas le han puesto cara a la era de la globalizacion neoliberal, a la edad de la explotacion y la exclusion global. Ademas, estos insurrectos ciclos de accion colectiva han conseguido desequilibrar el conjunto de significaciones vigentes, tanto en el ambito academico como en el sentido comun, respecto al orden cultural, politico y economico imperante.
