Abstract
Cet article suggère une nouvelle représentation conceptuelle de la RSE au coeur du BM. La mise en oeuvre de la RSE est traitée sous l’angle d’un processus par lequel les valeurs sociales, sociétales, environnementales et économiques du développement durable sont progressivement incorporées à la stratégie et au BM. C’est en menant une recherche-intervention au sein de Janssen France que trois séquences constitutives de ce processus ont été élaborées et expérimentées. En intégrant la RSE dans sa stratégie et au coeur des composantes du BM, Janssen France élargit la finalité de ses activités et contribue à des objectifs du développement durable.
