Abstract
Considering cultural and creative organizations value creation factors constitutes the basis of the management that implies the management of these intangible and symbolic resources. Although cultural management is a relatively new academic issue, there are experiences in other Ibero-American countries that nurture the phenomenology of this creative sector. With this premise, this book collects contributions that share the fact of being based on concrete experiences of the countries that its authors represent; voices and reflections from educational and research institutions in Canada, Colombia, Spain, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
