Abstract
Al hablar del tema de justicia social siempre se le ha circunscrito solo a la justicia entendida esta solo como la practica del derecho, es decir la instrumentalizacion de este campo de saber; pero tambien podemos analizar a la justicia social desde el punto de vista de las leyes de la termodinamica, particularmente al acceso a las fuentes energeticas que una sociedad tiene y como las emplea; no es posible promover justicia social en una sociedad donde la poblacion rural emplea lena como fuente energetica primaria y los costos de los medios modernos energeticos son tan altos para el resto de la sociedad que se genera el fenomeno de pobreza energetica.
