Abstract
Après la révolution de janvier 2011, les PME tunisiennes sont sollicitées pour développer de nouvelles formes de réponses destinées à la société. L’objectif de cette recherche est d’analyser les réponses sociétales apportées par les PME tunisiennes ainsi que leur processus de développement. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, une étude qualitative a été menée sur 10 PME. Les résultats montrent que les réponses sociétales sont essentiellement de nature sociale. Aussi, celles-ci sont développées en adoptant soit une approche tactique soit une approche stratégique. L’approche tactique s’oriente vers la manipulation des parties prenantes à travers la mise en place des actions sociétales sans négociation avec les parties concernées. Quant à l’approche stratégique, elle vise une mise en oeuvre conjointe des actions sociétales.
