Abstract
La innovacion gubernamental constituye una via privilegiada para resolver los problemas del sector publico con vistas a su modernizacion. Este articulo se centra en la innovacion como motor de la modernizacion sostenible de las organizaciones publicas, concretamente en lo que respecta a la experiencia de creacion de la plataforma de colaboracion y participacion gubernamental de Quebec, que parece reunir los requisitos, herramientas y mecanismos necesarios para su aplicacion en el sector publico argelino. A partir de un enfoque cualitativo y mediante un analisis de procesos, el estudio muestra, a traves del caso de la organizacion publica argelina, que esta innovacion reune los instrumentos y mecanismos que permiten su integracion como motor de modernizacion de la administracion de un pais emergente.
