Bajo el termino “Globalizacion” se da significado a una de las realidades mas determinantes y cruciales de la historia reciente de la humanidad, de tal modo que se ha convertido en piedra angular de todo el conjunto del diseno arquitectonico del mundo actual (politica, economia, educacion, religion, cultura, salud, etc.), y centro y objeto principal del estudio y la reflexion de las ciencias sociales y, muy particularmente, de la filosofia de lo politico.
