Abstract
La mise en oeuvre d’un ERP est appréhendée comme une situation extrême, car elle cumule de la rupture, de l’incertitude et du risque. Nous abordons cette question dans le cadre du courant structurationniste, en mobilisant le modèle de Giddens. Nous introduisons l’outil technique comme un facilitateur en tant que ressource artefactuelle, dans le registre de la domination. A partir d’une étude de cas, nous montrons que ce modèle est pertinent pour rendre compte des blocages en matière d’appropriation d’un ERP, mais inadapté pour rendre compte de l’apprentissage des acteurs, dans un contexte où la dimension informelle prend une place importante.
