Abstract
کمپلکس آهن باکیلاته کننده آلی EDDHA اصلاح شده سنتز شده و جهت تغذیه ریز مغذی آهن به گیاهان مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. با توجه به اینکه خود مولکول EDDHA به عنوان پرکاربردترین کیلاته کننده آلی آهن برای مصارف کشاورزی دارای مشکلاتی از قبیل قابلیت انحلال بالا بوده و همچنین تحت نور UV تجزیه میشود، در کار پژوهشی حاضر مولکول EDDHA با گروههای آلی اصلاح شده است، که نه تنها به راحتی آهن را در اختیار گیاه قرار میدهد، بلکه به خاطر حلالیت پایین نسبت به خود EDDHA بعد از کوددهی با دفعات آبیاری از خاک اطراف ریشه گیاه حذف نخواهد شد، و برای مدت زمان طولانی آهن مورد نیاز گیاه بدون نیاز به کوددهی تامین خواهد شد. همچنین نور UV تابیده شده در پرتو نور خورشید باعث ایزومریزاسیون مولکولEDDHA شده و سبب از دست دادن آهن میشود، که با اصلاح صورت گرفته بر روی EDDHA این ماده نسبت به نور UV پرتو خورشید مقاوم شده و آهن خود را حفظ میکند. تاثیر کمپلکسهای تهیه شده بر روی سبزینگی کلروفیل، میانگین طول برگ، میانگین عرض برگ و میانگین ارتفاع گیاه لوبیا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
