Abstract
Paradigme dominant, l’approche néo-classique a, au fil des scandales environnementaux et sociaux, progressivement intégré des enjeux sociaux, environnementaux et de gouvernance, portés par les défenseurs de la RSE. Nous argumentons ici qu’aujourd’hui il importe de reconnaitre que la RSE dans ses nombreuses formes est maintenant « mainstream ». Les écoles de gestion doivent donc modifier et actualiser leurs enseignements afin que ceux-ci reflètent la réalité de l’entreprise en 2021 et afin que les futurs gestionnaires adoptent une approche inclusive des parties prenantes.
