Cet article se penche sur les defis du financement des infrastructures municipales, une competence partagee entre les trois paliers de gouvernements au Canada. Plus particulierement, cet article tente de repondre a la question suivante : le federalisme fiscal canadien est-il apte a repondre aux nouvelles realites structurelles qui decoulent simultanement du vieillissement et des nouveaux besoins en matiere d’infrastructures municipales ?
