Abstract
En 2014, une ambitieuse politique culturelle régionale a abouti à la fusion de trois structures en Ville de Fribourg. Les deux bibliothèques, francophone et germanophone, ainsi que la ludothèque, ont fusionné pour créer MEMO, une nouvelle institution culturelle bilingue au cœur de la Cité, fondée sur une approche différente de l’organisation et ses processus, qui cherche à conjuguer efficacité, motivation et plaisir. De cette fusion de trois cultures est née une équipe mixte et unie, qui élabore collectivement son avenir, en utilisant du mieux possible les principes d’une gouvernance distribuée, et en édifiant une culture d’entreprise singulière.
