Abstract
La presente etude effectue des analyses differenciees selon le genre et selon le niveau de poste occupe sur les attentes en matiere d’attributs organisationnels des salaries de la generation Y. Cinq attentes sont examinees : 1- Peripheriques novateurs, 2-Environnement de travail dynamisant, 3- Developpement personnel et perspectives de carriere, 4- Reconnaissance monetaire de la performance et des competences, et 5- Respect de la personne et de l’equilibre vie privee/vie professionnelle. Les donnees proviennent d’une enquete menee aupres de 354 nouveaux employes au bureau de Montreal d’une entreprise mondiale. Les resultats des analyses statistiques indiquent que les attentes en matiere d’attributs organisationnels des salaries de la generation Y varient selon le genre et le niveau de poste occupe et l’interaction de ces deux facteurs.
