Abstract
Cette contribution envisage les éléments actuels œuvrant pour une construction écologique des décors de théâtre et de cinéma. À partir de l’expérience de professionnels en Europe et en Amérique du Nord, nous abordons les solutions proposées pour pallier le non-recyclage du décor à usage unique. Nous détaillons ensuite les nouveaux usages destinés à remplacer des matériaux incriminés. Pour terminer, nous présentons les pistes innovantes de création autour de la metteure en scène Marie-Hélène Gendreau au Québec, du festival d’Aix-en-Provence et du théâtre de l’Aquarium à la Cartoucherie de Vincennes.
