Introduction to Business Law and Economics for Civil Law Systems
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The goal of this book, as a companion to Law and Economics for Civil Law Systems, is to open a window on the role and contribution of economic analysis of business law from a civil law perspective. Indeed, a distinctive feature of our approach is the integration of comparative law in the discussion. Here we apply economic analysis to the principal areas of business law by looking at the American, Canadian, French and European legal regimes, drawing on the civil law and common law traditions. This allows us to highlight convergence as well as divergence of approaches across jurisdictions and traditions, thus enriching our economic inquiry into legal solutions.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
