Abstract
Mito, política e direito serão os temas tratados neste breve estudo, de forma que o propósito aqui propugnado é, sobretudo, discutir a importância de tais elementos para o mundo da cultura, de um modo geral, e para a política e a ciência jurídica, de uma maneira específica. Em suma, partindo de pressupostos filosóficos, passando pelo método essencialmente analítico, e tentando chegar à explanação de objetivos políticos e jurídicos o debate girará em torno de alguns assuntos que se mostram necessários ao entendimento um pouco mais amplo do fenômeno correlativo entre o político e o jurídico. Portanto, não se perderá de vista a necessidade primacial de estabelecer a firme correspondência teórica entre a Filosofia, sob a perspectiva do mito, a Política e o Direito, a partir de uma abordagem interdisciplinar, estabelecendo o diálogo e a interlocução entre estas três vertentes do conhecimento humano.
