Abstract
Après avoir rappelé brièvement les principes théorico-cliniques de base associés à la notion de « cadre », l’auteur présente une illustration clinique originale qui montre, bouscule et rediscute avec acuité cette notion. Le clinicien est parfois confronté à des situations qui l’amènent à moduler les consignes et l’obligent à travailler dans un contexte « hors-cadre ». De nombreuses rencontres cliniques imposent la réalisation d’un bricolage continu au niveau du cadre. Nous sommes ainsi appelés à repenser constamment les conditions de ces rencontres cliniques uniques. Le cadre est appelé, de fait, à être réinventé dans un mouvement empreint de souplesse et de prudence. Il s’agit dès lors d’un véritable travail d’artisan, notamment en situation d’urgence ou de crise. La présente vignette clinique est un exemple de ces rencontres humaines qui nous poussent à dépasser la rigueur du dispositif clinique classique et à instaurer des dispositifs méta-contenants. Le méta-cadre doit alors assurer et garantir la présence d’une triple contenance : psychique, visuelle et sonore.
