Abstract
Активная политика государства, ориентированная на достижение социально-экономического прогресса, является основой развития экономики. Ее реализация зависит от многих факторов, среди которых приоритетное значение имеют наличие научно-технологической, материально-технической, ресурсной базы, достаточно развитой инфраструктуры и квалифицированных кадров, способных к дальнейшему совершенствованию профессионального мастерства в соответствии с изменяющимися потребностями в ограниченные по продолжительности отрезки времени. Кроме того, в достижении социально значимых результатов экономической политики важную роль играет стратегия социально-экономического развития и традиции использования производством результатов современных научных разработок.
