Abstract
The aim of the research. To analyze the effort of implementation the portfolios in medical school as an effective developing means in practical skills training, allowing to monitor the development of key competencies of medical students. The final portfolio on summer practice assistant of the nurses,” gives an idea of the place of practice, the number of manipulations, attitude of the student to his professional activities. Conclusion. The advantage of the technology portfolio is it’s using as a tool to determine the quality and quantity of practical manipulations in the students activities.
