Abstract
国际结算业务是商业银行中间业务的一个重要利润来源,但国际结算审单过程较为复杂,设立单证处理中心可以规范业务标准,提高处理效率、控制运营成本、防范操作风险,进而可以提升市场竞争优势。因此,单证中心模式是近年来国际银行业普遍采取的单证业务处理模式。目前,工商银行单证业务的集中处理进程在国内同业中处于领先地位,它的成立标志着工商银行国际业务向集约化经营与扁平化管理迈出了重要的一步。
