Abstract
上层海洋-低层大气研究(SOLAS)首次科学开放大会于2004年10月13~16日在加拿大的Halifax召开. SOLAS于2002年被IGBPII(国际地圈生物圈计划第二阶段)吸纳为其第一个新的核心计划,重点研究海洋-大气界面上的交换过程及通量,目的在于:定量了解海洋和大气之间关键生物地球化学与物理过程的相互作用及反馈,认识这一耦合体系如何影响气候和环境的变化以及对气候和环境变化的响应.计划包括3个研究重点:海洋与大气之间生物地球化学相互作用及反馈;海-气界面的交换过程以及大气、海洋边界层输送和转化的作用;CO2以及其它长寿命辐射活性气体的海-气通量.
