Abstract
At present in Tatarstan Republic 1558 patients with occupational diseases receive insurance payments on which 22423,5 roubles were spent. As many as 75% of recipients are male, 20,9% of the total number of recipients continue to work, more than half of them are persons aged 40-54. The analysis of age structure of non-working recipients showed that 80% of persons are older than 60, and 0,3% are younger than 30. The degree of disability is higher in non-working recipients. The volume of insurance payments to working and non-working recipients is 25,9% and 74,1%, respectively.
