Abstract
Ce « point de vue » relate la tentative de caractérisation de ce que serait une legal geography à la française initiée par l'auteur. Il positionne sa démarche et notamment les difficultés qu'il a rencontré quant à sa mise en œuvre dans la conception francophone. Dans ce cadre, il situe le dossier présenté, non pas seulement comme une continuité des réflexions initiées mais plutôt comme un renouvellement de ses perspectives dépassant l'objectif, essentiellement exploratoire, de son ouvrage qui permettait aux lecteurs de découvrir l’interface entre les deux disciplines et avait pour principal objectif de trouver un nom à l'approche qui en découle. S'agissant d'une conception "nouvelle" (ou plutôt renouvelée) de la pensée, quasi-inconnue en France, son « témoignage » situe l'originalité et l'intérêt de l'approche combinée entre droit et géographie.
