Créé en 1994, l’Arbeitskreis für Agrargeschichte s’est donné pour but de revivifier des études rurales largement délaissées par l’historiographie allemande, en réunissant les forces encore disponibles, notamment par le biais de colloques – dont le premier est l’objet de cette publication.
