It is a well-known fact that variations in atmospheric pressure and temperature, geomagnetic activity (magnetic storm), humidity could decrease hypotensive effect of therapy patients with arterial hypertension. At the same time, in Russia, population / gender research in this field are still little developed. aims of our work are (i) investigation of this problem by data of therapy in patients with hypertensive disease stage 3 by the angiotensin-converting-enzyme inhibitors (ACE inhibitors) and angiotensin receptors blockators (ARBs II) in gender aspects: (ii) estimation of efficacy these therapy against the background of meteorological and geomagnetic impacts. We carried out clinical study (during period from 2 Feb. 2011 till June 2012) and processing of the results on the basis of, correspondingly, Moscow City Clinical Hospital no. 60 and Institute of Cosmic Research of RAS. We obtained Earth and Cosmic Weather Data from websites ftp://ftp.ngda.gov/stp/eomagnetic-data-indices/kp-ap and http//meteo.infospace.ru, and processed received results by prediction method. In our clinical studies, we used such ACE inhibitors as prestarium, noliprel, and lozap, losartan lorista, blocktran as ARBs We registered hemodynamic parameters by daily monitors (Shiller AT-10) and by self-control of blood pressure during day and night from the 1st till 18th day and during 3 months ambulatory. We investigated correlation coefficients between the 1st and following days of hospitalization of each patient, and calculated delta between data before and after therapy. Method of variation statistics allow us to obtain the following results: (a) in hypertension stage 3, 3 degrees during treatment with BRAs II hypotensive response elderly women was greater than in older men; (b) there are gender differences in clinical symptoms with their significant improvement in elderly women under the influence of ACE inhibitors affected hypertension of 3 phase, 3 degrees; (c) we are first to found no gender differences in hemodynamics in hypertensive effect of ACE inhibitors in elderly patients with hypertensive disease stage 3, 3 degrees.
