Abstract
《保卫社会》是“郑永年看中国系列”评论文章的第一册，主要涵盖了作者反思有关社会问题和社会改革的文章，其中，他对中国教育改革问题的关注及定位让我产生了莫大共鸣。他将教育定位为社会经济矛盾最突出、最亟待改革的领域，正视教育面临着高投入低产出、与中国作为经济大国的地位极不匹配、也无助于中国经济竞争力和综合国力提高的尴尬境地．一针见血指出教育决策、教育考核与教育管理体制官僚化问题，提出了教育去行政化政治化、规制教育产业化、重视绩效评估结果、确立教育自治、提升中国国际知识链上的附加值等教育改革方向。一是关于教育公平问题。郑永年认为。教育不公的原因大多数还是和钱有关．农民自己的收入过低供应不起孩子的高中和大学的费用．政府对农村教育投入严重不足。从城市文化视野衡量和解决教育公平问题，本身就是有问题的。
