Abstract
L’insertion par l’économique, à travers notamment l’entreprise d’insertion, vise l’accès à l’emploi des publics éloignés du marché du travail. Cette forme de régulation de contrôle qui recherche l’adaptation des personnes au système est peu efficace en Martinique. En effet, la structure du tissu économique martiniquais pose problème. Intégrée à l’économie française, cette économie insulaire caribéenne connaît un mode de croissance qui amplifie les déséquilibres. Un changement de logique s’impose. Sollicitant la transaction sociale, base de cette nouvelle logique, l’entreprise d’insertion deviendrait, à certaines conditions, un outil de développement endogène qui agirait sur le tissu économique et sur les personnes.
