Abstract
课程目标是实施课程与教学的依据和灵魂,对教学目标和教学活动的开展起着规定和引领的作用。实践过程中,虽然我们也在运用课程目标进行施教活动,但普遍存在一种错误做法:简单地移植《课程标准》或照搬各类“教学参考书”上的内容,教学目标抽象而概括,如在情感态度与价值观目标上,笼统地表述为培养学生的“爱国主义情感”“健全的人格”“激发学习历史的兴趣”“陶冶情操”等,缺乏必要的符合教学内容和学生实际情况的“细化”和“明确化”。事实上,这样的教学目标表述,不但形式单调,内容空洞,而且无法真正落实,其结果可想而知。新课程教学强调教师要在课程资源的开发和教学实施过程中发挥主体性作用,要进行创造性地教学。具体到教学实践中,要求我们结合教学内容和教学实际情况对课程目标进行创造性地开发、运用,将课程目标具体化、明确化,落实到日常的教育教学行为当中。
