Abstract
L'analyse d'un forum de discussion entre jeunes obeses montre que ceux-ci adoptent deux types de comportement face a leur surpoids: d'un cote, l'acceptation de soi en tant que gros, de l'autre, l'auto-depreciation, alimentee par le regard des autres ■ Tres frequemment, la stigmatisation dont ils font l'objet est source d'un isolement et d'un repli sur soi qui les incite parfois a des comportements alimentaires compensatoires, renforcant ainsi leur surpoids ■ II est urgent de lutter contre ce processus de stigmatisation et de prendre en compte la souffrance psychologique de ces jeunes.
