Abstract
导渎：1999年的《合同法》引进了效力待定合同。效力待定合同的出现，使合同效力层次进一步多元化，出现了生效合同、无效合同、可撤销（可变更）合同和效力待定合同，缩小了无效合同的范围，扩大了当事人自主决定合同效力的权限，起到了鼓励交易，不轻易认定合同无效，使交易秩序更加稳定化的作用。同时，也促进了财产流转、交易迅捷，在现实经济中产生了极为重要的作用。
