Abstract
El presente artículo pretende destacar ciertos puntos importantes de la Ley griega Nº 3898/2010 sobre mediación en asuntos civiles y mercantiles (cuya traducción al castellano se adjunta como anexo), analizándoles desde una perspectiva comparativa en relación con el Anteproyecto español de Ley de mediación en asuntos civiles y mercantiles. Asimismo, el estudio pretende explicar brevemente el estado actual de la práctica de la mediación en dichos asuntos en Grecia y ofrecer algunas consideraciones enfocadas al desarrollo futuro de esta institución nueva en el marco del ordenamiento jurídico griego.
