Abstract
Les auteurs, un ethnopsychanalyste et une puéricultrice, proposent, à travers l'étude d'une observation clinique détaillée, l'analyse socio-anthropologique puis théorico-clinique de la prise en charge globale d'une famille africaine imbriquée dans de multiples conflits. Ils expliquent les conditions nécessaires à la création d'un groupe d'ethnopsychiatrie ad hoc ainsi que les moyens mis en œuvre pour obtenir l'efficacité optimale dans le travail d'une telle équipe. En conclusion, ils ébauchent une discussion théorique autour du concept opérationnel d'ethnopsychiatrie communautaire.
