Abstract
Den här uppsatsen synliggör snabbmatsbranschen och grundar sig på intervjuer med individer som arbetar på en snabbmatsrestaurang. Uppsatsens syfte är att ta reda på hur de anställda upplever sin arbetsmiljö. Faktorer som beaktas är att de anställda individerna är i 20 års åldern. Studiens tillvägagångssätt har till stor del varit genom kvalitativ metod. Bakgrunden till studien beskriver snabbmatsbranschen, teorierna handlar om hur anställda agerar i en organisation. I tidigare forskning beaktas hur arbetsgruppen fungerar. Resultatet visar på hur den formella strukturen påverkar den informella kulturen mellan de anställda på restaurangen.Det som även kan konstateras är att många anställda upplever att det finns en maktkamp på arbetsplatsen.
