Abstract
文章从经济绩效性、技术效果性、科学管理性和节能环保性4个方面构建了装备制造业发展绩效的评价体系,应用线性加权法、非线性加权法以及兼顾系统的功能性与均衡性特征的综合评价模型,实证分析了我国装备制造业7个产业2003~2010年间的综合发展绩效。结果表明:通信设备、计算机及其他电子设备制造业在我国的装备制造业中排名第一;通用设备制造业存在产业集中度低、环境污染等问题;仪器仪表及文化、办公用机械制造业与通用设备制造业在科学管理性与节能环保性指标上的表现相反;金属制品业整体都较落后。
