Abstract
Des ressources dites «alternatives» peuvent-elles être engendrées par des institutions traditionnelles et dans quelles conditions? Telle est la question à laquelle tente de répondre cet article. Il relate deux expériences qui ont cours depuis respectivement 4 et 2 ans. Les données statistiques reflètent 3 ans de vie d'un foyer de groupe et un an de fonctionnement des appartements supervisés. Il nous semble qu'une percée institutionnelle dans le domaine de «l'alternatif» est porteuse d'espoir.
