Abstract
espanolEl presente trabajo realiza una comparacion de las constituciones de 1812 y 1814: a) la Constitucion Politica de la Monarquia Espanola y, b) el Decreto Constitucional para la libertad de la America Mexicana. En el trabajo se revisan y contrastan los aspectos politico-electorales con el proposito de impulsar la reflexion que puedan merecer en el animo de la conmemoracion del Bicentenario del inicio de la Independencia nacional. EnglishThis paper compares both the constitution of 1812 and the constitution of 1814; being these: a) the Constitution of the Spanish monarchy, and b) the Constitutional Decree for the freedom of Mexican America. Here, a review is made comparing the political and electoral issues in order to encourage what may deserve a closer approach in the spirit of bicentennial conmemoration of national independence.
