Abstract
The article deals with Novgorod «thousands-leaders» in XIV and traces the development of the corresponding Institute during this period. On the ground of comprehensive analysis of different sources the author defines social nature and evolution of Novgorod «thousands-leaders» institute; the periodicity of Novgorod office holder's changes is clarified. According to Novgorod chronicles, «thousands-leaders» were elected from boyars until the second quarter of XIV. In 1385-86 «thousand-leaders» took the merchant trial into their hands; earlier it was only headed by them. In the second half of XIV the collective form of «thousands-leaders» appeared. It was not interdistrict board and probably included the old «thousands-leaders» already retired but still left in the Council of town riles. So, at the turn of XIV XV the Novgorodians were not appointed to this post. It was hold by disgraced Belosersk princes who had no relationship with Novgorod district system.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
