Abstract
La crise de la dette publique en Grèce a entraîné d'importants changements institutionnels et politiques, menant d’une part à un bouleversement quasi total du contexte dans lequel agissent les syndicats et d’autre part à une modification des relations de pouvoir au sein des relations professionnelles. Ainsi, les syndicats grecs sont actuellement appelés à faire face à de nouveaux défis et la question qui se pose est si dans ce contexte économique et politique extrêmement défavorable les syndicats disposent encore des marges d'initiatives et d'intervention nécessaires. Pour y répondre, nous exposerons dans un premier temps les grands traits du fonctionnement et des pratiques des syndicats grecs jusqu’en 2010. Puis, nous aborderons les nouvelles données qui ont émergé suite à la politique d’austérité budgétaire adoptée et qui touchent les syndicats de manière directe ou indirecte. Ensuite, nous examinerons l’argumentaire gouvernemental autour de la répression des droits sociaux et syndicaux en Grèce.Enfin, nous verrons quelles ont été les réponses syndicales (mobilisations, pression sur les politiques gouvernementales, procédures judiciaires, alliances, etc.).
