Abstract
Comment les habitudes de vie sont-elles influencees par la presence d’incapacites chez un parent? Cette etude explore la perception de ces parents quant a leur vie quotidienne, familiale et plus globalement quant a l’exercice de leurs roles sociaux. Vingt-trois parents ayant une incapacite ont participe a des entrevues semi-dirigees. Les resultats mettent en evidence trois themes qui apparaissent plus frequemment dans leur discours : le vecu du parent et son entourage, l’appreciation des aides et services recus, et le vecu du parent avec son enfant.
