Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık kuruluna silah ruhsatı ve güvenlik olmak için başvuran kişilerin mizaç karakter, D tipi kişilik, aleksitimi ve dürtüsellik düzeylerinin incelenmesidir. Prospektif olarak yapılan çalışmada; tüm katılımcılara Hastane Anksiyete-Depresyon Ölçeği, Toronto Aleksitimi Ölçeği, Barratt Dürtüsellik Ölçeği, Tip-D Kişilik Ölçeği ve Mizaç Karakter Envanteri uygulandı. Çalışmamıza 205 kişi alındı, üç grup oluşturuldu. İlk grup 100 kişi silahlı güvenlik, ikinci grup 55 kişi silah ruhsatı ve son grup 50 kişi silahsız güvenlik olmak için başvuran kişilerdi. Silahsız güvenlik olmak için başvuran kişilerin anksiyete ve depresyon puanlarının diğer iki gruptan daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür (Sırası ile p değerleri; 0.001; 0.004 idi). Tip-D Kişilik Ölçeği “negatif affektivite” alt boyutu silahsız güvenlik başvurusu yapan grupta diğer gruplardan yüksek olarak saptanmıştır (p=0.001). Toronto Aleksitimi Ölçeği duyguları ifade etme ve dışa dönük düşünme alt boyutları silahlı grubun (silah ruhsatı ve silahlı güvenlik başvurusu yapan) puanları daha yüksekti (sırası ile p=0.003; p
