Abstract

L’objet de cet article est une écriture à deux voix sur nos expériences à titre de professeures qui ont rejoint une formation de deuxième cycle en gestion des personnes en milieu de travail. Depuis sa création, la complexité est au cœur de cette formation. Pour appuyer nos propos, nous utilisons des extraits de l’œuvre d’Edgar Morin. Cet article montre l’importance de la complexité pour cette formation, puis la recherche effectuée en lien avec la gestion des personnes, pour finir les difficultés inhérentes au choix de s’inscrire dans le paradigme de la complexité.
