Avec la pandémie, les forces et les faiblesses des cultures organisationnelles ont été mises en lumière. Bienveillantes, solidaires, éthiques… Jamais n’aurons-nous eu à ce point conscience de l’importance de la dimension culturelle au sein d’une entreprise ! À cet égard, quelles leçons pouvons-nous tirer, à ce jour, de la période de turbulences que nous avons traversée ?
