Abstract
Les évolutions en tous genres (technologiques, scientifiques, littéraires, sociétales) ont modifié la perception du monde, influé sur les migrations et ont transformé le rapport de l’homme avec la société contemporaine. Les écrivains caribéens francophones retranscrivent dans leurs romans les évènements historiques depuis la mise en place du système esclavagiste dans l’espace américano-caraïbe jusqu’à nos jours. La thématique des flux migratoires, la relation de l’homme avec l’autre sont au centre des problématiques littéraires et sociétales. Les migrations s’accentuent dans l’espace caribéen depuis les révoltes anti-esclavagistes et les proclamations d’abolitions de l’esclavage dans les îles caribéennes, menant à une problématique de l’exil. L’homme noir fera de nouvelles expériences notamment par la découverte de nouveaux lieux et modes de vie (espace rural, ville caribéenne, très grande concentration urbaine française). Entre exil, recherche de repères et quête d’identité, la littérature caribéenne francophone se nourrit de ces nouvelles transformations dans la vie de l’humain.
