De impact van Laval anno 2021 De auteur neemt in deze bijdrage het Europese arrest Laval uit 2007 onder de loep. Het arrest Laval had een wezenlijke impact op Nederland als zogenoemd hogelonenland. Inmiddels zijn veertien jaar verstreken en zijn de Handhavingsrichtlijn en de herziene Detacheringsrichtlijn aangenomen en geïmplementeerd. Wat betekenen deze richtlijnen voor de impact van Laval?
