En este artículo nos proponemos hacer un aporte a la compresión del proceso de peronización del movimiento estudiantil argentino, desde la perspectiva del estudio de casos en tres universidades nacionales, a partir de la crisis de las estructuras tradicionales de contención del mismo en la primera parte de la década del sesenta del siglo XX. Para ello, hemos triangulado fuentes orales, producto de entrevistas con actores claves del período estudiado, con algunos discursos, memorias, artículos o materiales bibliográficos de la época, etc. Pues, para entender la transmutación de las conciencias estudiantiles en el transcurso sesentista y su impacto en los hechos políticos que caracterizaron el final del decenio, es preciso abordar la entrada a la misma desde la mirada estudiantil, las fisuras y las fugas en las grandes organizaciones que contenían a las juventudes, además de los puntos de quiebre previos a la intervención militar de 1966.
