Abstract
Henry Mintzberg hogy Kanadában a McGill Egyetemen tanít és kutat. Ha valakinek az egyetemen volt menedzsment típusú tárgya, szinte biztosan találkozott a nevével. Modelljei így ismerősek lehetnek, azonban ebben a könyvben valami egészen másról lesz szó, más megközelítésből. 42 rövid történetet, esszét gyűjtött össze azzal a céllal, hogy jobban megismerjük a menedzsment világát. Ezeket lefekvés előtt ajánlja elolvasni, „miután a vezetés fáradalmai véget értek” [Mintzberg, 2019: 7].
