Abstract
Cet article montre comment deux multinationales ont utilisé le périmètre de l’entreprise et l’aire d’influence de la négociation collective pour échapper à l’influence syndicale ou la réduire. S’appuyant sur un travail de terrain s’échelonnant de 2011 à 2019 en Tasmanie, les résultats présentent diverses manières dont les firmes tirent avantage de ces stratégies de reconfiguration et font ressortir leurs limites.
