Abstract
Les réformes du secteur de sécurité (RSS) entreprises dans plusieurs pays africains ont produit des résultats contrastés. En Guinée-Conakry, des mesures d’urgence ont suscité l’espoir, mais n’ont pas été suivies dans la durée. En Côte d’Ivoire, les effets positifs semblent plus pérennes. Au Mali, la RSS s’est embourbée par manque de volonté politique. Le double coup d’État de 2020 et 2021 vient compliquer la donne, mais la communauté internationale doit maintenir la pression sur les autorités.
