Abstract
Dans la présente étude, nous tentons de mettre en lumière les thèmes et procédés littéraires mis en œuvre par l’auteure afin de raconter l’exil juif et d’ancrer la destinée de cette communauté dans une dimension spirituelle. Dans L’angoisse d’Abraham, troisième volet de la trilogie linguistique de Rosie Pinhas-Delpeuch, l’auteure prête sa voix à une narratrice qui relate le récit de ses exils en comparant son destin à celui d’Abraham considéré comme le fondateur de la cohorte d’étrangers sur terre. Cette nuance spirituelle, articulée d’emblée par le jeu intertextuel, se traduit dans le récit à travers deux composantes : la mémoire et la langue hébraïque. Dans la progression de ce travail, nous avons donc trouvé opportun d’élucider la portée spirituelle de l’exil dans le texte à la lumière d’une lecture analytique de L’angoisse d’Abraham.
