Abstract
Es aquella que se encarga de la entrega de documentos y del proceso de los trámites que solicitan los ciudadanos, sin embargo, debido a la pandemia de la COVID-19, dichos procesos también se vieron afectados, teniendo que adaptarse al mundo virtual, tomando ideas innovadora para seguir atendiendo los trámites, es por ello que, se pueden realizar de manera virtual a través de las páginas de cada entidad, ya que, el tiempo de espera no iba de acorde a las expectativas de dichos usuarios, si bien, no todos los trámites se pueden realizar virtualmente por su complejidad, sin embargo la mayoría si, dando facilidades a los ciudadanos. La metodología utilizada fue la revisión bibliográfica donde se revisaron diversos autores y organismos internacionales y nacionales. Las conclusiones obtenidas es que la atención de trámite puede adaptarse de manera correcta incluso en los tramites más complejos, es importante que todos pueden disfrutar de las ventajas que el avance tecnológico brinda.
